It is stated by learned counsel for the appellants that he has given the bundle to the appellants by giving 'No Objection Certificate'. But the appellants neither appeared in-person nor any representation is made on their behalf and interim stay granted on 08-07-1997 and was modified on 20-10-1997. It goes to show that the appellants are not interested to prosecute their case.
