Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and a letter dated 23.10.2017 is filed to that effect before the Registry.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the same, the interim order dated 22.06.2015 stands dissolved. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
