Ms. P. Srilatha, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter, dated 27.04.2015, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal remedies. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
