This Contempt Case is filed by invoking the provisions under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for non-implementation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.24793 of 2Ol2,dated 13.O8.2O12. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on I I I I 07.12.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. To give on opportunity, the matter was posted to O4.n.2O23. On O8.12.2023 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. To give a final opportunity, the matter is posted to 14.12.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal'. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner inspite of listing the matter under the caption "For Dismissal."
