Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue an order or orders or direction or a writ one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of Respondents more particularly Respondent No.4 in not considering the application of petitioner vide Meeseva Application No. ADLC011602389037 for uploading the land an extent of Ac.1.33 cents comprising in Sy.No. 885/2 situated at Puchhanutula Village, Nuzendla Mandal, Narasaraopet Division, Guntur District in Web portal of the State of Andhra Pradesh i.e., www.meebhoomi.ap.gov.in and any other web portal which was maintained by the State of Andhra Pradesh as bad, illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, contrary, violative of principles of natural justice, consequentially direct the Respondent No.4 to consider the Meeseva Application No. ADLC011602389037 and upload the details of land an extent of Ac.1.33 cents comprising in Sy.

No. 885/2 situated at Puchhanutula Village, Nuzendla Mandal, Narasaraopet Division, Guntur District which was owned by the petitioner in Web penal of the State of Andhra Pradesh i.e., www.meebhoomi.ap.gov.in and any other web portal which was maintained by the State of Andhra Pradesh."

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made a representation on 22.10.2016 through Meeseva for uploading land mentioned above, but till date no orders are passed. Hence seeks a direction to the 4th respondent to consider his representation. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 22.10.2016 made by the petitioner through Meeseva vide No.ADLC011602389037 for uploading the land in Sy.No.885/2 admeasuring Ac.1.33 cents situated at Puchhanutula Village, Nuzendla Mandal, Narasaraopet Division, Guntur District, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
