Learned counsel for the petitioners addressed a letter to the Registry dated 29.07.2015 stating that in view of the changed circumstances petitioners be given liberty to seek appropriate remedies for compensation and as such, seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
