THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14138 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in registering FIR No.277 of 2017 dated 16.03.2017.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the fifth accused in the aforesaid crime and he is no where concerned with the allegations.

The complaint was carefully perused by the learned Magistrate and it was referred for investigation to the Police. This Court also perused the complaint, and in view of the allegation contained in paragraph 19 of the complaint, the registration of crime against the petitioner is proper. This Court sees no ground to interfere with the registration of the crime, and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
