This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.P.No.122 of 2014 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, at Siddipet, and transfer the same to Family Court at Warangal, Hanamkonda, Warangal District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent died during the pendency of this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, this petition is closed.
