O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the case of the petitioners for the post of Temporary Part Time Sweeper Cum Messenger (TPTSMS) along with sponsored candidates and on their success in the test and interview, they may be appointed in the said post. This Court while admitting the writ petition, granted interim order on 18.02.2003 in WPMP.No.3822 of 2003 directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to participate in the selection process along with the employment exchange sponsored candidates for the post of Temporary Part Time Sweeper cum Messenger (TPTSMS).

In view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 18.02.2003, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
