The present Criminal Revision Case is filed against the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.348 of 2018 in Cr.No.443 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati . However, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to permit him to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Permission is accorded.

Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
