HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16404 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A1 to A3, the condition to the extent that " who shall furnish Fixed Deposit for a sum of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each" imposed in the order dated 03.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3633 of 2016 in Cr.No. 160 of 2016 of Chodavaram Police Station, passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge to Try the Offences Under N.D.P.S. Act at Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioners, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
