Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents in registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.05.2018, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad City, stating that based on the complaint of the petitioner, Crime No.207/ 2018 was registered and investigation is taken up. Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the same. Recording the above statement in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
