This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 3.,1 respondent in not sending proposal recommending the name of the petitioner for the post of Principal, SKE Degree College Adilabad District, in pursuance of the Proceedings in Rc.No. 326 / Admn.Y - I / 2O I 4, dated 20. I l.2O I 4, as directed by the 1.t respondent AS arbitrary, illegal, and consequently to direct the respondents to forthwith consider and post the petitioner as Principa,l Incharge, SKE Degree College, Adilabad District and pass such other order or orders. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader produced a copy of proceedings bearing Proc.Rc.No.lS2lSKEDC/2014, dated 24.12.2014 and submits that the said proceedings were passed in compliance of the interim order passed by this Court on 02.12.2014. As per the said proceedings, the petitioner was posted as Incharge Principal from 24.12.2014.It is further submitted that the petitioner has retired from services, hence, the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is redressed.
