HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.24541 of 2004 ORDER:
Heard Mr.E.Madan Mohan Rao for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.
The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ....... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein in trying to interfere in peaceful physical possession of the petitioner's property admeasuring 1885 sq. yards situated in Sy.Nos.27, 28, 29 and 32/ 2, Mir Sagar Village, Mylardevpalli Gram Panchayat, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without due process of law as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the provisions of law and principles of natural justice and equity and to pass any other writ or direction which this Hon'ble High Court deems just and proper under the circumstances of this case ......." .
On 02.02.2005, this Court granted status-quo to be maintained until further orders.
The respondents filed vacate stay petition and on 05.11.2011, the status-quo order dated 02.02.2005 was made absolute.
As already noted in the ac companying W.P.No.19678 of 2011, the issue is about erroneous entry in TSLR records, which is receiving the attention of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad.
In view of the direction issued in the ac companying W.P.No.19768 of 2011, this Court is of the view that the ends of justice are met by ordering parties to maintain status-quo as on today with regard to physical features and possession till a decision is taken and communicated to petitioner, as directed in accompanying W.P.No.19768 of 2011.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
