THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.30908 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were not taking action upon his complaint which resulted in the registration of Crime No.128 of 2015 on the file of Chinthalapudi Police Station, West Godavari District.

Written instructions dated 18.01.2016 were furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chinthalapudi Police Station, West Godavari District, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home stating that Crime No.128 of 2015 had been registered under Sections 427 and 447 I.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C. on the file of Chinthalapudi Police Station upon the complaint made by the petitioner. After due investigation, the police authorities found that a prima facie case was made out against the accused and he was arrested on 11.01.2016. A charge sheet was filed on the same day before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chinthalapudi. The Calendar Case number was awaited.

In the light of the afore-stated developments, the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities stands settled.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
