THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28619 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ/order/direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing pass book and title deed by mutating name of the petitioner into revenue records pursuant to application, dated 30.12.2015 under Meeseva receipt No.MU011501846148 is illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein to consider the application, dated 30.12.2015 of the petitioner under AP Online receipt No. MU011501846148 for issuance of pass book and title deed by mutating name of the petitioner into revenue records in respect of land pursuant to sale deed, dated 03.04.20166 to an extent of Acs.39.04 cents situated in Bodavada Viullage, Pamur Mandal, Prakasam District." Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by the order, dated 25.03.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.7796 of 2015.

Following the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Pamur Mandal to consider the application, dated 30.12.2015, submitted by the petitioner in Form

6(A) and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
