Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has shifted his residence from 4th ward to 6th ward of Narsapuram village and thereafter submitted a representation dated 08.12.2014 vide complaint No.81777 dated 09.12.2014 to the 3rd respondent to change his residential address in the ration card. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of his repeated requests, the 3rd respondent has not been making the amendment relating to the address of the petitioner in the ration card.
3. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, with direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 08.12.2014 vide complaint No.81777 dated 09.12.2014, made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders by making necessary amendment in relation to the residential address of the petitioner in the ration card, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
