It is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that after completion of investigation in Crime No.86 of 2012, the police filed charge sheet against the petitioner herein and others and as such he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available under law. Permission accorded.

Reserving the aforesaid liberty, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as being withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
