This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.39 of 2016 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Bodhan, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Mahabubnagar.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both parties submitted that O.P.No.39 of 2016 may be transferred to Hyderabad in order to avoid inconvenience to both parties. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, it is a fit case to allow the petition.

5. In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. O.P.No.39 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Bodhan, and transferred to the file of the Principal Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
