CVNR, J & TRJ FCA.No.216 of 2016 Dated:10.02.2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 30.3.2016, in H.A & M.O.P.No.182 of 2014 on the file of the XIV Additional District Judge-cum-Additional Family Judge, Vijayawada.

At the hearing, Mr. K.Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr. V.R.Avula, learned counsel for the appellant, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Appeal. In view of the above, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
