Alleging that 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Kothur Police Station, Rangareddy District, is interfering with the family matters of the petitioner at the behest of unofficial respondent No.4, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of 3rd respondent denying the allegations of the petitioner. It is stated that 4th respondent has given a report against the petitioner in the last week of June, 2018 and based on which, entry was made in station records and on enquiry it is found that subject matter is purely a family dispute and, therefore, they were asked to approach the concerned authority for redressal of their grievance.
Recording the above statement, writ petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that life and liberty of the petitioner shall not be interfered with, except by following due process of law.
