Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering the representation dated 10.04.2017, made by the petitioner, seeking action against his opponents, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and Lakkineni Ramesh and Lakkineni Padmaja.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that till date they have not received any representation and also denies the involvement of the police in the civil dispute pending between the parties. 5.

Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the above rival submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and said Lakkineni Ramesh and Lakkineni Padmaja. In case the police intend to take any action against the parties, they shall follow due process of law. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
