HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7156 of 2016 O R D E R:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.2 seeking to relax the condition imposed by the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, Prohibition & Excise Magistrate Court, Guntur vide order dated 7.4.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.739 of 2016 in Crime No.80 of 2016. It is stated that while granting bail to the petitioner vide order impugned, the learned Special Judicial First Class Magistrate imposed a condition directing him to appear and sign before the Station House Officer, Pattabhipuram Police Station on every Tuesday and Friday in between 11 a.m., and 1 p.m., for a period of two months or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier. The petitioner filed this petition seeking to relax the said condition.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed this application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Special Judicial First Class Magistrate directing the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Tuesday and Friday in between 11 a.m., and 1 p.m., is relaxed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
