This petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to modify the order dated 30.06.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.174 of 2017 in Criminal Appeal No.710 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the XIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a petition for extension of time before the appellate Court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
