This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not receiving the application of the Petitioner for providing the electrical connection by installing individual meter to the Petitioner in Plot No.19 in Sy.No.11/2, admeasuring 300 sq.yards situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingampally mandal and Municipality, R.R.Dist as illegal, arbitrary high-handed and violation of Article 14 of Constitution of India and consequently direct Respondents 1 to 5, more particularly 4th respondent to provide electrical connection by installing individual meters to the Petitioner Plot No.19 in Sy.No.11/2, admeasuring 300 sq.yards situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal and Municipality, R.R. Dist forthwith in accordance with general terms of power supply."
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 15.07.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14387 of 2019.

CKR, J W.P.No.26635 of 2019 Municipal Corporation, appearing for respondent No.5, do not dispute the aforesaid submission.
In view of the above, for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to receive the application of the petitioner for providing electricity connection by complying with all the norms as required by the respondent Company. As and when such application is received, the respondent Company shall provide individual service connection to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter, and such service connection shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.09.2012 in Writ Petition No.20407 of 2008 and batch. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 3rd DECEMBER, 2019.
