THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR ARBI TRATI ON APPLI CATI ON NOS.168 OF 2013, 120, 169 AND 170 OF 2014 C O M M O N O R D E R There was no representation for the applicant in these four arbitration applications when they were taken up for consideration on 07.02.2019 and again on 11.06.2019. They were accordingly directed to be listed for dismissal on 18.06.2019.

Today, the applications appear under the caption 'For dismissal', but despite the matters being passed over for lack of representation, there is no representation for the applicant or its learned counsel even when the matters are taken up during the afternoon session. It is therefore clear that the applicant is not interested in pursuing these applications.

The arbitration applications are accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
