ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.1 in trying to demolish the pucca sheds constructed by the petitioners long back in the vacant plot allotted in Agricultural Market yard, Neerugatuvaripalle, Madanapalle Town, Chittoor District as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Sri Shaik Meeravali, learned counsel, representing Sri Md.Saleem, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.31983 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
