ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that aggrieved by the orders passed by the official respondents, the petitioners have preferred an appeal before the 3rd respondent on 10.10.2013 and the appellate authority be directed to pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four months. Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4, as well as Sri M.Ratna Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 and Sri S.Gopal Rao, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6 also agreed, in principle, that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioners.

Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioners on 10.10.2013 and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
