This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.13 of 2016 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Adilabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, East Godavari District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to file a fresh transfer petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
