There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

From a perusal of the docket proceedings, it is evident that the matter underwent adjournments on 08.04.2013, 21.04.2017 and 26.09.2019. On all three occasions, there was no representation. When the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently. Therefore, no further indulgence will be shown to the petitioner and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed for nonprosecution. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
