HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.326 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed complaining inaction in disposing of representations dated 15.07.2014 and 20.12.2014 as arbitrary and illegal.

From the tenor of the representations, it is clear that the petitioner intends to know the outstanding amount payable by him and close the loan account with the respondent-Bank. The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-Bank to consider the representations and pass appropriate orders or communicate a letter to the petitioner within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
