Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. For the reasons submitted by him, this petition is allowed and the petitioneraccused is directed to appear before the trial Court on or before 18-07-2018 and file an application seeking recall of N.B.W. issued against him, in which case the trial Court shall recall the order on the same day. The petitioner-accused shall assist the trial Court in smooth completion of the trial. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
