This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the FIR No.211 of 2010 on the file of Kankipadu Police Station, Vijayawada city, which is registered against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 120-B, 380, 420, 463, 464, 465, 467,l 468 and 506 IPC. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on production of copy of the letter 28.3.2017 addressed by the Station House Officer, Kankipadu Police Station, Vijayawada City to the Public Prosecutor, submits that case against the petitioners ended in acquittal, and hence the cause in the present criminal petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the above representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
