Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and also learned counsel for the respondent.

Without going into the merits of the controversy covered by the present suit lis of O.S.No.4 of 2005 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Addanki and any another suit O.S.No.54 of 2009 said to have been filed in the same Court by the defendants of O.S.No.4 of 2005, against the application in I.A.No.465 of 2007 under Order VII Rule 11 C.P.C. of rejection of the plaint in O.S.No.4 of 2005 order arising C.M.A. that could be maintained, thereby C.M.A.No.8 of 2008 is once rightly dismissed, there is nothing to interfere by going into merits in C.R.P.No.569 of 2012.

Accordingly and with these observations, the civil revision petition is disposed of. Needless to say, the suits are of long pending, the trial Court shall make an endeavour for disposal either simultaneously or clubbing together from the facts of its own. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
