HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH PRESENT THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.9527 OF 2015 DATED:7.4.2015 Between:

J. Jaipal ... Petitioner And The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Rep. by its Commissioner Hyderabad, Telangana and others ... Respondents

THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.9527 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition is dismissed summarily as we are of the view that the petitioner has not been able to establish before us that in spite of receipt of notice of demand he submitted an objection. It appears to us that the objection annexed to the petition was never submitted nor received by the respondent - Municipal Corporation. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that actually her client went to submit his objection but the municipal authorities refused to receive the same and

then her client dropped the same in the drop-box. Unfortunately, this fact has not been pleaded by the writ petitioner himself whereas learned counsel for the petitioner says so. We thoroughly disbelieve the statement. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
