Petition under Section 482 o',f Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of criminal Petition, the High court may be pleased to direct the vll Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad at Manoranjan Complex, Nampally, to dispose of the C.C.N.l.No '14314 of 2022 ( old case No' C.C.1 of 2018) on the file of the Vll Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad Manoranjan complex, Nampally as expeditiously as possible within a period of one month This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of sri B. Krishna Karthik for sri Gaddam srinivas, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent and of the Respondent No.2 not appearing in person or bY Advocate.

The Court made the following: ORDER

THE HON'BLE DT.JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.7728 OF 2022 ORDER:- 1.

Heard Sri B.Krishna Karthik, who argued on behalf of Sri G.Srinivas, the counsel on record for the petitioner. 2.

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to direct the Court of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad to dispose of C.C.No.14314 of 2022 that is pending on the file of the sald Court as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that indeed, the complaint was hled in the year 2017 and the calendar case was numbered in the year 2018 and the case finally reached the Court of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and the same is pending for disposal. Leamed \ counsel also states that since more than five years, the proceedings are in vogue and hence, the petitioner seeks an order from this Court directing the trial Court to dispose of the calendar case expeditiously.

Having regard to the flow of proceedings projected, this Court is of the view that the request sought for is not unjustifiable. Admittedly, the cases have to be disposed of

) or.CsrJ Crl.P.No.7728 of 2022 AS expeditiously possible for justice to be delivered within time. Therefore, this Court considers desirable to allow the petition.

Resultantly, the Criminal petition is allowed. The Court of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.143 14 of 2022 that is pending on the Iile of the said Court, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report compliance.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
