Heard the counsel for petitioner, the Government Pleader for Agriculture appearing for respondents 1 & 2 and the Government Pleader for General Administration appearing for 3rd respondent.

Petitioner's grievance is that they submitted representations dt.28.05.2011, dt.13.08.2014, dt.20.10.2016, dt.18.01.2018, dt.28.03.2018 and dt.21.06.2018 to respondents 1 & 3 seeking recommendation as a Service Association in terms of G.O.Ms.No.264 dt.22.06.2001, but respondents 1 & 3 have not passed any orders thereon. 3.

The Government Pleader for Agriculture and the Government Pleader for General Administration appearing for respondents 1 and 3 respectively state that respondents 1 and 3 will dispose of the said representations within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 3 to dispose of the above said representations of the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
