UMA DEVI C.C.C.A.No.72 of 2005 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This appeal by the claim petitioners in E.A.No.37 of 2003 in E.P.No.47 of 2003 in O.S.No.145 of 1999 arises out of the order dated 21.02.2005 passed by the learned I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, dismissing the said claim petition. Sri P.Bhakthavatsal, learned counsel for the appellants, filed Memo of Withdrawal dated 23.07.2018 stating that the disputes between the parties had been settled out of Court and therefore he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal. He also filed the letter dated 02.07.2018 addressed to him by the second appellant stating to the same effect. In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted in this appeal shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
