The present Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner, who is Accused No.3 in Crime No.166 of 2015 of Chaderghat Police Station, Hyderabad, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 06.01.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.3852 of 2015 in Crime No.166 of 2015 passed by the III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material on record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the time granted to surrender before the concerned Court is extended by two weeks from today. All other conditions mentioned in the order dated 06.01.2016 shall remain unaltered.
