Challenge in this Appeal is the order that is rendered by the Family Court, Hyderabad, in O.P.No.441 of 2009, dated 10.03.2011.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the decree of divorce obtained by mutual consent by the parties, the present appeal has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs.
