THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NOS.9567, 9569 & 9570 OF COMMON ORDER:

These Criminal Petitions are filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioners/Accused in Crime.No.184 of 2023 on the file of CCS, DD Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 5 of Telangana Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishment Act, 1999. 2.

Since the petitioners-accused are involved in very same crime number, all the three criminal petitions are heard together and disposed off by way of common order. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondentState and perused the record.

The CCS, DD Police has registered the present crime and three other crimes against these petitioners. The main allegations against these petitioners are that they were part of Money Circulation Scheme, resulting in heavy losses to the subscribers of the Scheme. It is in the form of Pyramid Scheme, whereby, a person who joins as a member asks two or three persons to join as a member and the chain goes on.

It is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that four crimes were registered and in all the four crimes, the offences alleged are similar in nature and also modus operandi are not adopted in all the cases. 6.

Keeping in view that the petitioners, were already released on bail in three other cases and the offences alleged in the present case is similar, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the relief of bail to these petitioners subject to following conditions:

i) The petitioners/Accused shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Five

thousand only) each with two sureties, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad.

ii) The petitioners/Accused after release shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer at 10:00 a.m. on every Monday and Wednesday for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

iii) The petitioners/Accused shall abide by the other conditions stipulated under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, these Criminal Petitions are allowed. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
