This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 to quash the Crime No.146 of 2014 on the file of P.S., Manuguru, Khammam District for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506 and 420 of IPC and Section 56(1) of AP Chit Funds Act, 1971. Heard Sri M. Laxman Rao, learned counsel for petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that charge sheet has been filed on 13.06.2014 for the offence under Section 294(b), 506 and 420 of IPC and Section 56(1) of AP Chit Funds Act, 1971, and in view of the same, the present Petition to quash the Proceedings in Crime No.146 of 2014 has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition. It is found on verification that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted.

In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.146 of 2014 on the file of P.S., Manuguru, Khammam District for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506 and 420 of IPC and Section 56(1) of AP Chit Funds Act, 1971, is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
