This appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of C.P.C. assailing the order dated 26.12.2007 passed in I.A.No.345 of 2005 in I.A.No.907 of 2004 in I.A.No.322 of 1997 in O.S.No.134 of 1986 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellants to withdraw the appeal with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
