This civil revision petition is filed against order dt.13.03.2018 in I.A. No.174 of 2018 in O.S. No.376 of 2011 on the file of the VI Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of the order passed by this Court today in C.R.P. No.3864 of 2018, this civil revision petition is liable to be dismissed. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, I.A.
