This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent passed in No.REGP/MMS/5763/2004-05/07, dated 15.10.2007.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
