CVNR,J & MSKJ,J WP.21194 of 2016 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.21194 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to release the detenu forthwith by setting aside the detention order passed by respondent No.2, vide proceedings No.74/PD/CCRB/CYB/2016, dated 19.05.2016, as confirmed in G.O.Rt.No.1207, dated 28.05.2016 by respondent No.1."

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous, as the detenu was released following non-approval of the detention by the Advisory Board.
