When the matter is called on 29.9.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, therefore the matter was directed to be listed under the caption of "for orders" by adjourning the matter by one week i.e. on 5.10.2015.

On 5.10.2015, when the matter was called none appeared for the petitioner, as such this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption of "for dismissal" on 6.10.2015. Even today also, none appears for the petitioner herein. This indicates that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition. The writ petition is therefore dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
