I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed by the petitioners/A2 and A3, praying that this Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners, i.e., to appear before the concerned investigating officer every Monday between 09:00 A.M. and 05:00 P.M., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as and when required, pursuant to the order dated 01.09.2025 in Crl.P.No.10762 of 2025 in Crime No.282 of 2025.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are residing in Ramchandrapur village, Koheda Mandal, Siddipet District and have to travel more than 150 km every Monday. The petitioners are daily wage laborers and have to incur huge financial expenses for travel. In addition, they are suffering from medical issues.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the de facto complainant opposes the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and noting that Petitioner No.2 is a lady and is suffering from health issues, this Interlocutory Application is allowed. The petitioner/A2 is relaxed from the said condition. ________ SKS, J dsv
