THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.8898 of 2016 ORDER:
The prayer of the petitioner - party-in-person in this case is as under:
"for the reasons stated in that, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the application of Petitioner to not to harass and not to arrest the Petitioner as arbitrary, illegal, violative of principles of natural justice apart from violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents not to harass and not to arrest the Petitioner i.e. Marramouni Balakrishna, Convict No. 7897, S/o. Jangaiah, aged about 30 years, Rio., Brundhavan Colony, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District and the Petitioner is handicapped and his mother, Smt. M.
Laxmarnma, aged about 52 years, is suffering from heart attack, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home however placed before this Court a copy of the Memo bearing No.18904/LEGAL/A1/2015 dated 19.02.2016 issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Home (Legal) Department, Government of Telangana, rejecting the request of the petitioner - party-in-person for extension of parole. It is stated that a copy of this order was also communicated to the petitioner at the very same address which is indicated in the cause-title.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits and is accordingly dismissed. This order shall however not preclude the petitioner - party-in-person from working out his remedies as regards the Memo dated 19.02.2016 in accordance with law.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
