HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20824 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not providing quarter to petitioner in J.K. Colony, Yellendu area, Khammam District, as illegal and arbitrary, consequently to direct respondents No.1 and 2 to allot quarter to petitioner. This Court granted status-quo on 27.10.2003 and also granted interim direction as prayed for and subsequently on 16.09.208 this Court confirmed the interim order by dismissing petition filed by respondents to vacate the interim order.

Now it is represented that in view of interim orders no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
